How are your digital products different than your services?

We aim to disrupt the marketing industry by empowering businesses to DIY their own marketing and equip fellow marketers with the proper tools and resources to run successful campaigns for themselves and clients. We don't gate keep and want to ensure the RIGHT information is getting out there...as we all know there's so much noise in the digital space.

The intellectual property included within our digital products is cultivated from almost a decade of marketing experience and a lot [A LOT] of trial and error.

Will I get the same impact from your digital products than I would hiring you?

Our hands-on approach with our expertise customized to your specific business and goals will always provide higher value and a better result than deciding not to work with us.

However, we know times are tough and we want to meet you at your current stage of business and budget by creating resources we know will help move the needle.

Are your digital products refundable?

Although we'd love to provide guarantees and refunds to all our customers for every product we sell, because we understand it's inevitable that someone out there will be disappointed with our product or their result, we unfortunately cannot provide refunds for digital products.

The information shared once you receive your digital product is considered IP (intellectual property) and cannot be refunded. The only circumstances that we can extend a refund are as follows:

  • The customer purchased a digital product on pre-sale and requested a refund (in writing via email to hello@stackedmarketing.co) BEFORE the release date of the digital product, or
  • The customer did not receive the digital product. In this case, we will review our e-commerce shop delivery and screenshot the confirmed send/receipt of the digital product (for which we'll ask the customer to troubleshoot or remediate any technical issues on their end) and we will immediately resend or deliver the digital product by another means. If the customer's purchase was not delivered by our system, they will receive a full refund for the undelivered digital product.
